We will need the following information.

1. A copy of your club logo if you have one (please email to us - if you do not have a digital copy, please contact us and we will provide mailing information)
2. A brief history - mission statement of your club. It does not have to be elaborate. (Take a look at some of the existing club pages for a guideline)
3. Please fill out the form below
4. If you have a website, we ask that you please give WilmingtonFishing.Com a link from your site.
